1. Engagement & Diagnostic Audits

Complimentary 45-minute AI Architecture sessions and preliminary process audits are provided for exploratory assessment. Participation does not constitute an agreement for software delivery until an explicit DMAIC Statement of Work (SOW) is executed.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom autonomous agent graph definitions, bespoke integration scripts, and workflow orchestrations engineered under formal client contracts remain the exclusive intellectual property of the contracting client upon final milestone settlement.

3. Deterministic Execution & Service Levels

Production engineering deliverables are governed by individual SLA specifications defined in project charters, backed by automated regression testing and drift monitoring.
